This isn't a bug, I just chose not to add them as I didn't want to decrease performance any further. I have yet to find a solution for it (if one exists). It looks a bit strange from a distance or if your weather is set to Foggy. I'll revisit it at a later time if it becomes a bigger issue. I did try fixing it but Unity was being a bit problematic. You may experience minor bumps going over certain sections of taxiway/runway.If you're experiencing too much lag, reduce your game quality settings (I'd recommend setting aircraft reflections to "Static" if you haven't already). The airport sits inside of a flat, grassy plain surrounded by shallow hills with a large mountain to the southeast. The airport itself consists of 3 runways, and includes 10 hangars, 2 terminal buildings, ATC, and a large civilian-center building. Mikeska Airport, named after the Jundroo developer Nathan Mikeska, is located on a large island approximately 88 nautical miles east of Wright Airport. Future updates (if any) will probably be focused on optimization and feature additions. Has some rough spots here and there and could definitely be improved, but for now I'm satisfied with it. Been wanting to make an airport for a while now but only recently became motivated to actually do it.Īll models used were either SimplePlanes stock assets or models that I made in SP and ported to Unity. My first map plugin and completed mod in general.
